All online prices are excluding sales tax. All online sales are subject to the current Los Angeles County sales tax rate. (8.75% as of Jan. 2011).
Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 24hours after they have been placed, Monday through Friday before 4pm (PST). Orders placed after 4pm (PST) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday (next business day.) Orders will only be shipped if payment is processed and received. All shipments are made from Los Angeles, CA, USA.
All domestic and International* orders are by default shipped via USPS ground, by either regular first class mail or priority mail. Other shipping options ike FedEx and UPS are available and at customer's expense.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 14 days for refund or exchange. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) are unopened, in the original packaging and not damaged.
